How do I become a member?

All you need to do is create a free account and you're a member. It's as easy as that!

What happens when I become a member?

Firstly, you get free instant access to an online stylist. You can ask any style related questions you may have via email ([email protected]) or instant messangers (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, WeChat, LINE, Kakao).

Secondly, if you want to use the personalized curation service, simply fill out a style profile (under "edit" on your account dashboard), and our stylists will create a box for you based on your preferences. You can update your profile anytime.

Once you are a member, you can enjoy an average savings of around 20% off the regular price for anything you purchase from the curated package or the online shop. 

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

As a member, you'll have a stylist dedicated to chat anytime. You can get general style advice or prepare for a special occasion. You also can fill out a style profile and have your stylist create a personalized package for you and send you a preview email. From there you can select what you like. Lastly, all items purchased from the curation service are 20% less than the items from the online store.

Do I have to pay a fee?

No. There are no hidden fees and no commitments. The only time you will need to pay anything is when you either pay for the items you select from the personalized curation service or straight from the online store. Shipping is also free. 

What if I don't want a personalized box but still want to purchase the clothes?

You can go to our online store and select the items you want, checkout and have them shipped to you, free of charge. Please note that as a non-Member, all online store purchases will be paid at the regular prices. 

How do I sign up for a box of clothes curated based on my style profile?

Simply create an account and fill in your style profile. Your stylist will then email you a preview of the items selected for you. The number of items in your package may range from 2 to 6 depending on your profile and stock availability. 

Can I update my profile?

Yes, you can update your profile anytime! Simply sign in and go to your account dashboard and "EDIT". Once you've updated your information, simply click the "SAVE" button and you are done. If you need further help, simply email [email protected] and we would be happy to help.

Once I get the package preview email, when do I need to decide by?

You can take as long as you want, or not even respond at all. However, please note that the items curated for you will not be held, as it will be on a first come first serve basis. 

Can I receive package preview emails automatically?

You may schedule automatic package preview emails free of charge. Simply go to your account dashboard and click "EDIT" to set the frequency you want to receive emails. You have the option to receive emails every month, every 2 months, every 3 months or on-demand (just email or instant message your stylist). 

Do I select my own items from the package preview emails?

Yes, once you receive the email, it's all up to you. You can choose to purchase all curated items or select which ones you want. For now, if you do not want to purchase everything from the email, please contact [email protected].

What is the price range for each item?

Our items range between US$15-120. You can visit our online store to see the prices and product details.

Which currency do I get charged in?

The prices on our shop are displayed in USD, however you will be charged in HKD. The exchange rate we use is 1 USD = 7.85 HKD. 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. We offer free shipping and returns for all Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore orders. 

Can I return items?

Yes, items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a size or style exchange. Returned products must be in a new, unused and undamaged condition, and with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. 

How does the online stylist messaging work?

You get free access to our online stylists and you can ask them any fashion related questions. For example, if you've always had some fashion questions, getting ready for a special event, or just looking for general style advice we are ready to assist you.
